The world’s oldest dance, Belly Dance, integrates

and balances the dancer’s mind, body, and spirit.

Belly Dance classes support physical health, a

joyful state, and feeling at one with the divine.

The pleasurable motions of Belly Dance

harmonize the central nervous system, sending

life-energy and mood enhancing hormones

throughout the body. The mind becomes relaxed

and centered so that inspiration may flow from

the higher self.... Our bodies become the channel

through which divine light illuminates into

physical reality.
